CEU Designing in Belonging

Topics that will be covered during CEU:
- Develop an understanding of the term neurodiversity and learn why attracting and retaining neurodiverse thinkers is important to organizations in every business sector
- Recognize the many neurocognitive conditions in today’s workforce, including the differences between hyposensitivity and hypersensitivity
- Understand how these differences relate to the need for more variety in workplace design, with spaces that support different work styles and requirements. – learn the specific ways a physical environment, including traffic flow flooring, and other specifications can impact an organization’s ability to support a neurodiverse workforce and its productivity
